we stayed at crown metropol, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. upon arrival, we were upgraded to a loft suite with complimentary valet parking and breakfast. the staff went above and beyond, providing us with a lovely welcome of champagne, fruit, and chocolate to celebrate our rescheduled anniversary.
Not one thing 😩.

The swimming pool view was breathtaking, and I appreciated the free sparkling wine upon arrival. However, the slow check-in process and lack of luxury touches were disappointing.

Nothing except the breakfast at Maze was really nice and the service staff throughout the hotel were really nice and friendly.
Pool was cold, check in queue was long and tiresome, check out queue was long and tiresome. Smoking room booked but the room absolutely stank. The ventilation was not working and we had to be moved to another room. The bed was uncomfortable, the shower was just dreadful. We have stayed many places in many hotels over the world, and never experienced anything like this. Totally overpriced. Reception slow and tedious and not friendly.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I have stayed a at lot,great location,great staff,unreal pool and the rooms are the best give it a try you wont be sorry.

Possibly the best and excellent stay for one night two day stay. Great and stunning location very close to Isika Day Spa. Based near to many other attractions and the Crown Complex-missed opportunity here and the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

We loved our stay at the Crown Metropol. The beds were divine and I thought the lobby was also fantastic. The idea of having the hotel linked to the casino was also fantastic. The rooms were very spaciuos and would recommend the hotel to anyone.
